Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Right to Access
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Go to Settings > Data Export in your dashboard.
Right to Rectification
You can update your personal information at any time through your account settings.
Right to Erasure
You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data from Settings > Delete Account.
Right to Data Portability
You can export your data in machine-readable format (JSON/CSV) from the dashboard.
Data Processing
We process your data on the legal basis of contract performance (providing the service) and legitimate interest (improving our platform). We do not process data for marketing without explicit consent.
